How to: Open an existing report in Design view.
Solution:
Select the report in the Database window and click 'Design'.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the report to open from the list.
4) Click 'Design'. (The report opens in Report Design view.)
NOTE: Select the 'View' menu and select 'Print Preview' to view the report in print preview.
